A BIT OF BACKGROUND

GPS - Bridging the gap between Airlines and Pilots.

Global Pilot Source (GPS) recognised that the first stage in the recruitment process for airlines, business jet and pilots was incredibly fragmented. For pilots, they couldn’t see all worldwide opportunities available to them easily, preventing a considered and informed next career choice. For airlines, their talent pool in many cases was considerably restricted, with their terms not getting in front of the worldwide pilot community.

It was also recognised that the first stage in experienced pilot recruitment is fixed criteria; license, type rating, hours, location. So we thought, Why not simplify, streamline and consolidate this for all!

GPS is an aviation industry app that has been developed to bridge the gap between airlines and pilots, centralising a single-source solution for both.

We have developed a solution that allows pilots to see worldwide opportunities and apply on the move with one touch. For airlines to have accurate terms and information put directly in front of eligible experienced pilots suited to that role, assisting in-house recruitment teams with a continuous application flow for immediate and future requirements.

What could be simpler! We're just trying to make life that little bit easier...
